The weekly menu changes get me every time. I’ll see the new cookie lineup and immediately think, okay, I need to try those. It keeps things fun and gives me a reason to come back each week.

I order Crumbl more often than I probably need to, but the rewards make me feel a little better about it. I already had it in my head that the app was worth using, and every time I see the points stack up, I’m like yep, I was right.

The points are super easy to check in my account, and I’ve already gotten free cookies a few times. There’s nothing complicated or annoying about it either, you just order like normal and the rewards keep adding up.

I also love that they send birthday rewards. It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes me want to keep going back, which kind of proves what I already thought about their rewards being worth it

I used the app to place my order and it was really simple. Everything went through fast, and I didn’t run into any issues at all

I ordered twice this week and both times it went smoothly. Pickup was quick, and when I had it delivered, it showed up right on time. The cookies were fresh too, so no complaints there. It all worked out like it should, which was nice.

I really like that Crumbl switches up the flavors every week. It makes it way more fun to check the menu and try something new instead of just ordering the same cookie over and over. I’ve definitely had a few that weren’t my favorite, but I’ve also found a bunch I’d 100% get again. I even like looking back at my email receipts sometimes to remember which ones I tried. The variety is what keeps me coming back.

Picked up a box from Crumbl and honestly... they were pretty much exactly how I like my cookies. Soft in the middle, but not that underbaked kind of soft, and the edges had just a little bit of bite to them. The texture was really good, nothing felt dry or overdone. I’d definitely order them again.

I walked in expecting a quick, easy cookie stop, and for the most part that’s what I got. The place smelled amazing right away, and it felt clean, bright, and welcoming. I also liked being able to watch the cookies being made while I waited, it made the whole visit feel a little more fun.
The only thing that kept it from being a 5-star experience for me was how crowded and loud it got. I was expecting it to feel a bit more relaxed, so that part was a slight letdown. Still, the vibe was nice overall, and I’d definitely stop in again when I’m craving a quick treat.

I really appreciate that they list the allergens so clearly. It makes choosing cookies way less stressful when you’ve got a kid with a nut allergy. Seriously, why doesn’t every place do this? Anyway, it was super helpful

Everything was right in my box this time, which I definitely appreciated. That said, I’ve had enough little issues before that my trust isn’t fully back yet. I’m glad this order went smoothly, but I’ll need a few more like this before I feel completely confident again.

I like that the cookies I want are usually in stock when I check. Even the weekly flavors are at my store most times, so ordering’s easy. No issues so far, happy.

I kind of hate to admit it, but the portion size is really what impressed me. These cookies are seriously big, most of the time I can’t even finish a whole one in one sitting, so I end up cutting it in half and saving the rest for later. For the price, it actually feels fair, especially compared to those tiny bakery cookies. Didn’t expect to be this into them, but yeah, 5 stars from me.

Stopped in to grab some cookies and the place was Really clean, which I always notice. the counters looked wiped down, and the floor wasn’t sticky or messy like some dessert places can get. display area was neat too. Only reason I’d say 4 stars is the trash bin was kinda full when we were leaving. Still a good visit overall

I ran into a small issue and just wanted it handled without a hassle. Support got back to me quickly and fixed it, which made things way easier for me. Happy with how smooth it ended up being.

This was so fresh today. It reminded me of the stuff my mom used to pick up from the local market when I was growing up. Simple, clean, and really enjoyable.

We got catering from crumblcookies.com for a work event, it was easy, easy. The pickup time was right on schedule, the boxes looked nice and organized, and the cookies still looked fresh when we put them out.
People kept asking where they were from, which was funny. A couple flavors disappeared fast, fast, so next time I’m definitely ordering more. Overall, really happy with how it turned out.

I’ve been to a few locations near me, they all taste pretty much the same in a good way. Same good cookies, same fresh flavor, and just really consistent every time

I’ve tried a few of the flavors now, and there’s definitely a pattern: the taste is usually really good, but every so often one feels just a little too sweet for me. Still enjoyable overall, though.

The cookies showed up in such a cute box and looked really nice when I opened it! One cookie had a small smudge on the side, but nothing too major. Overall, the presentation was neat, fun, and felt really sweet :)

These cookies are huge, like, actually big, and definitely worth the money. They tasted fresh, were super satisfying, and I’d happily buy them again.

I liked that the nutrition info was easy to find, so I could pick a cookie without having to guess the calories. i’d rather check it myself than ask customer service and get some vague answer, so that was a plus for me.
